I have been beading and designing my own jewelry since childhood, and in 2003 I discovered the joys of designing my own beads in the form of lampwork and the addictive properties of molten glass. I live in Colorado with my husband (who takes great photographs!( and our dogs.
I flame all of my glass beads at my home studio using an oxygen/propane minor burner and Effetre (Morreti) and Vetrofond Italian glass. Lampworking (or Flameworking) is the technique of melting and forming rods of glass in a flame. My Video:
